Why do we rope bottom?  This workshop will cover active rope bottoming skills and communication.  Details of common rope injuries and prevention, knowing your own limits, meeting others safely, portflio bulding and other topics of rope bottoming will be covered.

Workhop is to everyone!  From beginner to advanced.   Nothing is required to attend.  You may bring a rope or two for comfort if desired, but not neccessary.
